Community Kitchen
By Editor
on March 27, 2012
Kitchen Share SE is going beyond the neighborly cup of sugar. It will be a place where community members can borrow tools and share in the joy of processing, preserving, and serving food. They hope to offer dehydrators, cider presses, canning equipment, ice-cream makers, food processors, bread makers, and more. They are currently searching for a facility, but plan to grow into a community-supported kitchen where folks will share their culinary skills, be nourished with healthy local food, and collaborate on projects. To learn more, call 503-208-5706 or visit them on the web. www.kitchenshare.org
